Air Jordan XVIII (18) Samples Comparison

The Air max shoes XVIII (18) is near the top of the list of sleek jordan shoes. Inside the Michael Jordan Building

Last week, Jordan Shoes News had the privilege and pleasure of visiting Nike headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. As you can imagine, the experience was a sneakerhead’s dream come true, and despite the overwhelming sensory overload from all the visual stimulation offered by the immaculate Nike campus, we managed to pull ourselves together enough to snap some pictures to bring back for the viewing pleasure of our loyal readers.

As you might know, all of the buildings on campus are named after legendary Nike athletes, so naturally, it didn’t take us long to inquire about checking out the Michael Jordan Building. Upon entering the structure named after the most heralded Nike endorser of them all, you are immediately greeted with an incredible museum-like display, chock full of the most incredible accumulation of Michel Jordan memorabilia that you will likey ever find in one room.

The center of the lobby area is home to two glass display cases that feature the first 16 Air Jordan sneakers, many game-worn, autographed or both. Moving out towards the walls, there are large glass cases on each opposing wall, filled from floor to ceiling with jaw-dropping MJ artifacts. In addition to more signed and game-worn sneakers, the displays feature jerseys, magazine covers and photography, as well as props and mementos from some classic Air Jordan Shoes commercials and campaigns, and even some early prototype samples from the formative years of the iconic line.

Jordan CP3 III Black Orion Blue

ou may be looking at these and think to yourself, “Yeah, seen ‘em already. So what ” But be aware, these are the the exact same colorway as the images previously seen. Chris Paul’s new signature jordan shoes takes cues from its previous model, but is formed into a profile that’s a bit more conformed to other successful Jordans. The suede medial upper contains a clever ‘CP’ coat of arms, along with the fleur-de-lis, complimenting the French culture in New Orleans. The rest of the upper, white leather, contrasted with black stitching. The sole is built with the geometric hex-pattern to insinuate his Hornet’s team, similar to the honeycomb-like stitch we saw on the Jordan CP3.II. Although the orion blue accents supposedly are taken from the team colors, we’re sure some of you may wish one of these jordan shoes will take on the traditional “Charlottle Hornets” colors that most of us were in love with growing up. We’ll just have to wait and see. Anticipated to drop at Jordandi and House of Hoops on January 2nd.

When you see the jordan shoes pictured above, you know it’s part of the Air Jordan legacy, but it’s probably one of the most overlooked models in the vault. They don’t have a name like their regular season counterpart, the ‘Taxi’ and there’s no single moment of dominance they symbolize like the ‘Flu Game’, nor any controversy in their release like the also white ‘Rising Sun’. Despite the apparent lack of history, yours truly likes these best of all the Air Jordan XIIs (12).

I still remember sitting in the wood-paneled den at my best friend’s house on opening night 1996, staring with disbelief at a new red-on-white colourway of the upcoming Jays I had recently seen teased in a Sports Illustrated ad. The Taxis weren’t even out as of this point, so the sight of what the original ‘rising sun’ was a shock (Air Jordan XII marked the first time an Air Jordan released in five colourways during the season). Maybe that’s what compelled me to trade my size 9 Zoom Flight 96s for my seventh-grade classmate’s size 6.5 Twelves during gym class about a month later. I still remember that November night watching TNT and to this day can barely fathom a shoe so amazing that I’d risk breaking my feet to wear them.

Air Jordan Spizike Fresh Since 1985

For sneakerheads, the Spiz’ike typically tends to be a matter of black and white – you do or don’t like it. But for others it could be grey matter depending on the individual colorway of each release. But it seems this pair has been getting love all around, after all it’s a combo of 3 fan favorites of the Air Jordan Shoes III – White/Cement, True Blues and Fire Reds.

Most descriptions and images you may have seen have revealed the Mike/Mars lace locks or the “Did You Know” print on the inner lining. But another gem unseen to many is the insole, which graphically depicts the title of this colorway. I am featuring a nice custom design from Sole Brother, check out the their custom design sneaker that was created for Swiss DJ, manager, and music industry consultant Flexmaster Dee.

The design is in Adidas Shoes. It has tag that spelled “Flexmaster Dee” and “The Swiss HeavyWeight” on the shoe’s side panel. It has some wonderful artistic illustration in the middle of the Adidas three stripes trade mark. Additional tags were place at the back heel panel of the shoe. The pair shown to the right features a mainly blue and black base with the latter color appearing on the forefoot. It also features a orange details in the form of the shoelaces and swoosh border. New Nike Zoom Chaos

This coming December 26th, 2009, Nike will unleash the first colorway of the Kobe V dubbed the “Chaos”. If you recall, Nike unveiled a “Chaos” colorway of the Kobe IV at the beginning of this year. This Kobe V possesses a multi-colored upper consisting of foil-like side panels, a lime-colored swoosh, red/black shoelaces, a purple patent leather toe area and a heel panel and toe area of the same color. It is also finished with a lime outsole and a white/red speckled midsole. As for the overall design, the Kobe V owns a similar, low-cut design of the Kobe IV, yet, its collar and heel panel section seems more fit for ankle support.
